The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, outlines 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which all countries are working towards. The goals, which our government has signed up to, include commitments to end poverty, improve health and education, reduce inequity and protect our plant.
The Canterbury Society has long tried to structure its work by these ambitious goals and has asked all political parties to provide evidence of how their manifesto will deliver these targets. Our group response is published below.
